We currently accept credit and debit cards. If paying from outside the United Kingdom we only take credit card.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. For UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hour. You can choose that the time of checkout and the price will be calculated then. For Europe and International shipping, please select your country when checking out. All shipments are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and shipping is calculated upon checkout.

We accept returns and are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the yarn must be in its orginal condition, with the label still attached and not unwound. Unfortunatley we are unable to refund postage costs. Exchanges will incur additional postage costs. Please email hello@irishartisanyarn.com if you would like a refund or exchange.
