All of Irish Artisan's Yarn is hand dyed and unique. There is no need to pre-wash or soak our yarn before you start your project. The yarn is machine washable at 30 degrees on a gentle wool wash. Alternatively, you can hand wash your knitted or crocheted item in cool water with a gentle detergent.

We currently accept credit and debit cards. If paying from outside the United Kingdom we only take credit card.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. For UK orders we use Royal Mail Signed For and it is a flat fee of £4.00 per shipment. For Europe and International shipping, please select your country when checking out. All shipments are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For and shipping is calculated upon checkout.

We accept returns and are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the yarn must be in its orginal condition, with the label still attached and not unwound. Unfortunatley we are unable to refund postage costs. Exchanges will incur additional postage costs. Please email info@irish-artisan-yarn.com if you would like a refund or exchange.
